Sunday Morning Bible Classes

Our Sunday Morning Bible classes meet from 9-10am in various classrooms across the church campus.  For questions about our Adult Bible Classes, please contact Pastor Charlie Townsend at ctownsend@arrowheights.org.

  • Adulting Christian Class is a multi-generational group that gathers Sunday mornings to fellowship and study the Word of God through focus on a specific book of the Bible at a time. The class discusses meaning and application of scripture to our Christian walk. Class is geared toward parenting age adults, but open to all ages.   The class begins Sunday, September 12th and will meet in the main building, upstairs in room 210.

  • Baby Boomers is a co-ed group for those that are single or married and 50+.  They are a welcoming community growing together in God’s Word, prayer and caring for each other in the love and compassion of Jesus.  The group currently meets in the main building, upstairs in room 211.

  • Bible Basics Do you need help in learning to understand the Bible? This class begins with an overview of all the books of the Bible and how the various books fit into the entire Bible. You will learn some history, meet some of the people of the Bible and hopefully, get excited about reading the Bible. Any age adult is invited to join us on this journey. The class begins Sunday, September 12th and will meet in the main building, upstairs in room 209.

  • Hernandez Bible Class is a co-ed group of very active seniors (60+).  This group focuses on Bible study and application, as well as relationship and ministry with Christian peers.  The group currently meets in the main building, upstairs in room 214.

  • Senior Adults The senior adults have four options for Bible classes on Sunday mornings – a couple’s class, a men’s only class, and two ladies’ only classes.  These classes study specific books of the Bible and share life experiences in an attempt to encourage one another to become more obedient followers and servants of Christ.

The groups currently meet in the following Celebration Room classes:
Couples – CR4A; Ladies (Yager) – CR4B; Ladies (M. Durler) – CR4C; Men – CR4D

  • Seniors in Denial is a co-ed group of very active seniors (60+).  This group focuses on Bible study and application, as well as relationship and ministry with Christian peers.  The group currently meets in the main building, behind the kitchen in room 106.
