Discipleship Ministry
Arrow Heights continues their commitment to Spiritual growth through the study of God’s Word in small groups that meet Sunday mornings at 9AM.
Join us at 6:30PM on Wednesday nights as we gather for a time of song, prayer, and approximately 15 minutes of teaching guided by an Arrow Heights pastor. CROSS+TRAINING is open to all students and adults. The spring session runs January 24 – May 8, 2024.
GriefShare is a weekly grief support group that is designed to offer help and encouragement after the death of a loved one. Spring session runs February 13-May 14, 2024.
Kids! Ministry Events
Parent & Child Dedication
Join us on Mother’s Day, May 12, during our Worship Service for our Parent & Child Dedication. Arrow Heights Baptist Church believes that dedicating children to the Lord is an important and special occasion as parents covenant with God in raising their children. This is also a time for our church family to come together and commit to support parents as they guide their child’s spiritual journey. If you have a child that you would like dedicated during this special time, be sure to RSVP by April 29. If you have any questions, contact Jennifer Story at jstory@arrowheights.org.
Children's Choir Spring Program
Join us for the Children’s Choir Spring Program on May 5 at 6PM in the Worship Center. Pre-K through 6th grade choirs and our youth handbell group, Joyful Sound, will share various songs and scriptures. The Hymn Memory 2024 awards presentation will take place at the end of the program.
CrossTimbers Children's Camp
Kids (completed 3rd-6th grade) are invited to join us July 8-11 at CrossTimbers Children’s Camp, a camp designed to reach and equip children to have an authentic walk with God. Pastor Nathan will be the camp speaker that week.
The cost is $200, but register by May 6 to receive a 10% early bird discount. Families registering siblings together before May 6 will receive an additional 10% discount for the 2nd child and any subsequent children.
Cross Track Rally
Join the Kids! Cross+Training groups as they wrap up the spring session with their annual Cross Track Rally (formerly Derby Night) on May 15 at 6PM. Food will be provided.
Student Ministry Events
Camp Regeneration
Students (completed 8th-12th grade), join us in Glorieta, NM for a week of dynamic preaching, small group interaction, personal devotions, intense team games and epic night games. Camp Regeneration is a summer camp hosted by John MacArthur and Grace Community Church July 26-30.
Cost to attend is $300/student.
The deadline to register is May 1st.
Graduate Recognition
Students, are you graduating from high school or college this year? We invite you to join us on May 19 during the Worship Service for a special time where you will be recognized and the church will commission you as you set forth on your next chapter, whether it be entering the workforce or a university. For those graduating high school, there will be a breakfast and celebration in the Student Center at 9am for you and your immediate family.
The registration form and a picture are due by May 2nd.
