Get Out of the Bus
Get Out of the Bus is a non-profit community outreach ministry that partners with Arrow Heights Baptist Church and other area churches and businesses to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to go where people are to show them God’s love.
Get Out of the Bus is much more than a homeless ministry – we minister to a wide variety of people, from those walking home from work to the drug addict living on the streets. For individuals interested, we supply food, water, hygiene products, etc.
This ministry serves people in various ways – we help people get connected to a local New Testament church, a recovery program, or with proper paperwork, to get GEDs or employment. This includes helping prostitutes get off the streets and into a stable, safe environment.
