Dr. Ryan Smith
Ryan was affirmed as the new Lead Pastor at AHBC on August 14, 2022.
Ryan is married to Allison and they have two children: Kelen and London.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University; a Masters of Divinity with Languages from Golden Gate Theological Seminary; and a Masters of Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry in Apologetics from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Ryan has been in church ministry since 2004. He served as a Youth Minister for 3 years. In 2007, he transitioned to a new position as a Discipleship Pastor and continued in that role until accepting the position as Senior Pastor at Arrow Heights.
Ryan is the author of, Not That God: Trading the Believable Lie for the Unbelievable Truth, and is a contributing writer for The Baptist Messenger, For the Church (Midwestern Seminary publication), and The Baptist Press.
